VSB students shine at 2025 Skills Canada National Competition

2025 Skills Canada National Competition

On May 29 and 30, eight VSB students showcased their capabilities at the 2025 (SCNC) in Regina, Saskatchewan.

SCNC is Canada’s only national, multi-trade and technology competition for students and apprentices. Each year, more than 500 of Canada’s best in skilled trades and technologies compete in more than 40 categories.

After two days of hard work and learning, the results are in!

Gold medals

Dhefen Goh from Eric Hamber/U-Hill 91制片厂 earned first place in fashion technology. A repeat national champion, Dhefen also secured a spot on Team Canada for the 2026 WorldSkills Competition in Shanghai, China. Congratulations, Dhefen! We look forward to cheering you on during the World Competition next year.
